Men of the Cloth

As of late June, 2010, I have been working as an intern with Vicki Vasilopoulos, on her independently produced work entitled, Men of the Cloth: A Film about Old World Italian Master Tailors.

The production on this independent feature film is ongoing. Beginning in the early portion of the decade, Men of the Cloth has evolved into a magnificent full-scale operation with vivid characters, locales and stories. The Production value is solid, and the lives of these old world tailors who are making a living in the modern world are absolutely enthralling. Even when these tailors face the inevitability of the death of their craft, they continue to pursue that which they value most: making the best clothing they can.



Being part of the production is a great privilege and to be able to see these tailors so intimately is both an honor and a pleasure.
Keep an eye on the Independent and Documentary film circuits in the next few years. The film has yet to be released but the website has a couple of wonderful trailers that can be viewed at any time.
The Production is well worth your time, and effort.

I've created this blog as a means to get my current work out into the world. As soon as I can get old productions digitized, I'll start adding them. I think I will periodically update with news and information on new productions as they occur.
I'll also add links and descriptions for productions that I am currently working on as an employee (i.e. -- internships, independent/commercial film studio work, etc.).
